European Commercial Director for Food Colours m/f/d

Location: Northern Italy onsite

Role: The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales, marketing and business development activities in Europe

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-

- Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets.

- Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team

Tasks

-

- Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g. Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders)





- closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors, VPs and owners / executives

- Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.

- Strong fit with the Company’s culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications and experience:

-

- Bachelor or Master’s degree xysqume with a preference for sciences or food technology / ingredients and/or MBA

- Fluent in English, Italian and other european languages are an asset

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment within the food industry
