The Woman RTW Collection Merchandiser focuses on developing the Women’s RTW
collection from a qualitative perspective (market, trends, creative development)
and an analytical perspective by following up on best sellers and slow movers
within the line.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Contribute to the development of price bands, pre-costing, and pricing.
* Support the collection briefing for the design office.
* Summarize requests emerging from the markets.
* Manage collection timing and follow-up on collection progress during sample
launches.
* Prepare documents for the sales network and for buyers in the showroom.




* Deliver training activities for the retail channel.
* Collaborate and provide dynamic support in activities with the press office,
production, and retail CRM.

Requirements:

* 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry
* Excellent knowledge of fashion trends;
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail;
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment;
* Effective communication skills;
* Excellent proficiency with Excel;
* Fluent in English and Italian.
