Mission

Support growth, optimization and competitiveness of EVRA (Nutraceutica) portfolio by defining value propositions and enabling sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the strategic management and development of the company’s product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives in the international space.

Main responsibilities include:
- Defining and managing the Where to Play (WTP) and How to Win (HTW) strategies for the portfolio.
- Developing and maintaining the optimal portfolio positioning to maximize market opportunities and competitive advantage.
- Creating compelling value propositions for products and solutions, tailored to customer and market needs.
- Supporting the Company through the development of commercial materials, presentations, customer pitches, and strategic selling tools.
- Driving brand awareness initiatives and ensuring consistent communication of the portfolio’s value proposition across all channels.
- Coordinating the company’s participation in trade shows, exhibitions,



and industry events, maximizing visibility and business opportunities.
- Developing marketing communication materials in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducting competitive intelligence and market monitoring, tracking industry trends, competitors’ activities, new product launches, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to support portfolio and business decisions.
- Acting as a key liaison between R&D;, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
- Contributing to the launch and lifecycle management of new and existing products.
