What You Will Be Doing Community Engagement & Social Strategy Develop and own the organic social content calendar, planning approximately 16 posts per month
Listen and respond to relevant consumer comments, questions, and brand mentions with on‐brand responses, cultivating a network of brand advocates
Identify engagement opportunities for organic planning and monitor social feeds for trending topics to amplify brand narratives
Act as the local market lead, ensuring all content is relevant, culturally appropriate, and aligned with the Scottex brand
Monitor social performance and feed insights back to optimise the content approach and future creative direction
Receive and interrogate client briefs, supporting brief development to social teams and other partners
