As a Cloud Security Architect at Genesys, you will serve as a technical security SME for cloud, AI, and security controls during customer assurance engagements. You'll work with Sales, Engineering, Product Security, and Architecture to address audits, security assessments, and evidence-based reviews for Genesys Cloud. You will explain and defend security posture and respond to complex inquiries across global customers, partners, and auditors. This role includes Italian market engagements and fluent English-Italian communication.
