Manage all event-related activities, including project scheduling, venue scouting, talent coordination, catering, security, logistics, guest management, accreditation systems, production, fittings, and event setup.



Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and consistent brand representation. Partner with local markets and regional teams, providing guidance, tools, and support for the implementation of event formats while ensuring compliance with global brand standards. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, suppliers, and consultants, overseeing negotiations, contracts, budgets, invoicing, and payment processes. Monitor event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation while maintaining premium execution standards. Oversee on-site event operations, proactively resolving issues and ensuring flawless execution in fast-paced environments.
