The resource will join the Middleware team and will be responsible for administering Kubernetes container clusters, with a focus on operational continuity, security, platform optimization, provisioning, and cluster automation. In addition to technical responsibilities, the candidate will manage project and operational activities, including patching, configuration, vulnerability management, and advanced troubleshooting (L3). The resource will autonomously prepare and plan changes with stakeholders, present them to the approval committee, and execute them in compliance with company processes. The candidate must have a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Requests. Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and tools (e.g., Service Now) is highly desirable. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Administer and configure Kubernetes clusters (Red Hat Open Shift, Broadcom VKS, Mirantis) Perform patching and vulnerability management, and provide advanced troubleshooting (L3),
