Experteer Overview In this role you drive the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for ABB Robotics, ensuring a secure, integrated, and business‐enabling collaboration platform. You partner with cross‐functional teams to govern Teams, Exchange Online, Share Point, One Drive, and related services while aligning with the M365 roadmap. You lead adoption, enablement, and continuous improvement, balancing governance with user productivity in a global, enterprise context. The position sits in a hybrid/remote model and sits within ABB's Robotics chapter, contributing to a broader, innovation‐driven transformation. Retribuzione / Benefits Own enterprise Unified Communications & telephony services including Teams telephony and conferencing Oversee Exchange Online/Outlook, Share Point, One Drive, and enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Viva Engage) ensuring security and standardization Act as service owner for the full M365 ecosystem, govern tenant policies, feature adoption,



and integrations Coordinate Identity & Access with AD/Entra ID; define access models and lifecycle integration Drive user adoption, enablement, and communication for new collaboration capabilities Maintain secure, compliant environments and identify improvements across collaboration platforms Responsabilità 5-7 years in Collaboration, Unified Communications, or Microsoft 365 roles in a complex enterprise Deep technical expertise in Teams, Exchange Online, Share Point, One Drive, and governance/configuration of the M365 ecosystem Hands‐on experience with telephony and conferencing services (Teams Phone, enterprise voice/video) Strong stakeholder and vendor management; ability to coordinate across technical teams and external providers Experience in large, global organizations with enterprise governance models #J-18808-Ljbffr
