Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans for assigned product lines, customer segments, and strategic initiatives across EMEA
Translate business and marketing objectives into customer‐centric engagement strategies, defining channel mix, messaging, and customer journey
Design and deliver multi‐channel campaigns leveraging email marketing, digital nurturing, webinars, social media, paid media, third‐party media, and events
Partner with Marketing Program Managers to define objectives, KPIs,
and optimisation plans
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high‐quality campaign execution
Lead international events including booth layout, promo plan, budget management, and stakeholder coordination
Build audience segmentation and campaign assets ensuring a consistent brand experience
Manage campaign setup and execution within CRM and marketing platforms with compliance to brand/privacy standards
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI, driving continuous improvements
Contribute to digital transformation and marketing innovation via new technologies and AI‐powered capabilities
Responsabilità 2‐3 years in marketing communications, digital marketing, campaign management, or event marketing
Solid understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, social media, digital advertising, webinars, events, lead nurturing, and customer engagement
