Job Summary He/She drives continuous improvement initiatives across the plant, fostering a culture of Lean thinking and operational excellence. The role is responsible for supporting teams in identifying waste, improving processes, optimizing performance, and standardizing best practices. It ensures alignment of improvement activities with plant strategic objectives and corporate guidelines.
Daily activities are to be carried out in close collaboration with all the elements of the manufacturing team: Group Leaders, Value Stream Managers,



Production planners, quality engineers and maintenance.
Main Responsibilities And Activities Maintain, extend, and improve the Industry 4.0 concept in mechanical machining and assembly.
Support team in the definition of improvement solutions regarding issues on process and quality, internal or external logistic issues.
Feasibility analysis and investment payback.
Industrialize assembly/processing methods, which involves the study of the equipment and materials layout, definition of the equipment and tools needed and reliability assessment of the new processes.
Study of workstations, through the activity balance and ergonomic analysis.
Analyse the processes to identify opportunities for improvement and improve their efficiency.
Suggest improvement plans and follow-up on their implementation actively.
Stimulate and support the implementation of the main lean operating instruments (e.g. 5S, Visual
