with both existing customers and new prospectsDevelop and maintain effective customer relationships with procurement, laboratory managers, and end users, identifying needs and positioning Agilent’s laboratory services portfolioIdentify and generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory to grow the existing customer baseCollaborate proactively with field service engineers and internal sales teams to deliver a differentiated and consistent customer experiencePrepare and manage service quotations, ensuring accuracy, follow up, and clear value communicationMaintain an up to date CRM pipeline and provide accurate sales forecastsGradually develop inside sales capabilities such as prospecting, objection handling, and commercial negotiation, with the support of the teamLocation & Working ModelThis position is based in the Greater Milan area, operating under a hybrid working model, with regular collaboratio
