Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate is a HSE professional who enjoys being present on the shop floor, interacting with operators and promoting a proactive safety culture, supporting daily HSE activities including: Performing safety inspections,



workplace observations and field audits; Supporting environmental monitoring activities and environmental compliance programs; Conducting Gemba Walks and promoting safe behaviours through continuous interaction with production personnel; Delivering toolbox talks and short safety training sessions; Investigating incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and supporting corrective actions; Monitoring compliance with company HSE procedures and correct use of PPE; Supporting the preparation and updating of Risk Assessments (DVR) and Contractor Risk Assessments (DUVRI); Managing fire prevention activities, including maintenance schedules and statutory documentation; Supporting internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives; Collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Maintenance to ensure effective implementation of HSE standards. Candidate profile We are looking for an HSE professional with a solid technical background and a genuine passion for workplace safety.
