YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct risk assessments and develop and mantain and keep up to datethe "Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi" (DVR)
Ensure compliance with D.Lgs. 81/2008, take care of safety documentation and coordinate the company's protection and prevention service
Deliver safety training and awareness programs
Develop emergency plans and coordinate drills and lead investigations in case of accidents and incidents
Collaborate with the Employer, Occupational Physician, and Workers' Safety Representative
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety
Conduct audits, inspections, and safety performance analysis
Coordination of the group's health and safety specialists
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS High school diploma, a degree preferably in a technical field, or specialized training in Engineering, Safety Management or Environmental Science
Qualified RSPP (Modules A, B, C)




Previous years of experience as an RSPP, preferably in a manufacturing industry
Certified trainer (in accordance with D.I. 06.03.2013)
Familiarity with integrated management systems, particularly ISO 45001
Comprehensive understanding of D.Lgs. 81/2008 and applicable safety regulations
Knowledge of safety auditing and inspection methods
Excellent knowledge of Italian, German and English
