Experteer Overview Senior Programmer/Architect to shape the software architecture for industrial machines, mentoring the team while remaining hands‐on. You define coding standards, lead technology choices, and drive performance‐oriented solutions across C++ real‐time components and C# HMI/coordination layers. You collaborate with electronics, PLC automation, and mechanics to translate specs into robust software. This role reports to the R&D; product leader with a dotted line to the Sr. Director of Software Development in Spain. You contribute to Po Cs and explore new technologies to boost machine stability, safety, and connectivity.
