JOB PURPOSE
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, with a strong focus on KPI monitoring and performance analysis to ensure operational excellence and service reliability.
The role drives logistics digitalization initiatives, leveraging data and technology to enhance visibility, streamline processes, and support informed decision-making. In addition, the position manages 3PL performance, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and leads continuous optimization programs aimed at improving efficiency, reducing complexity, and creating sustainable value for the business.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
· Monitors and analyzes logistics KPIs (service level, OTIF, cost performance), identifying performance gaps and defining corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.
· Oversees 3PL performance, logistics costs, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service expectations.
