Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Location: IT The impact you'll make: Design and develop mechanical components and systems for espresso coffee machines, reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Team Lead. Create, optimize and validate mechanical designs from concept through detailed design, integration and product verification. Translate consumer, product and business requirements into robust and innovative engineering solutions. Develop verification plans and collaborate closely with Manufacturing and suppliers to ensure successful product integration and industrialization. Test, analyze and refine designs to meet quality, compliance, cost and performance targets while supporting a smooth production launch. Contribute to project planning by providing engineering estimates, identifying resource needs and reporting project progress in a structured manner. Support the ongoing lifecycle management and continuous improvement of existing products. Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.



At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within consumer products or coffee machine development. Strong experience with 3 D CAD design, preferably Siemens NX. Solid knowledge of plastics, injection molding technologies and mechanical design principles. Good understanding of project management, quality processes and product cost considerations. Basic knowledge of product certification and regulatory requirements. Native-level Italian and good command of English. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and supplier partners.
