Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and improve the global real estate portfolio data, leverage Archibus and analytics to support portfolio decisions, and prepare insights for business stakeholders. You will train and support users, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee external lease administration to ensure accurate data and efficient processes. You will translate complex data into clear narratives and contribute to the division's management reporting and intranet support. This is a cross‐functional, data‐driven role with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities Manage and continuously improve portfolio data in Archibus (property, lease, strategic planning, sustainability) Develop Archibus expertise and deliver user training Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate portfolio data Oversee external lease administration vendor and ensure data accuracy Improve data collection, validation, and lease management processes Raise purchase orders and verify invoices Prepare presentations, analyses, reports,



and charts from multiple sources Translate real estate data into actionable insights for portfolio decisions Organize and maintain Teams and Share Point sites; support division intranet development Provide administrative support to ensure smooth division operations Requirements Proven experience in real estate data management, analysis, and reporting Experience in lease management Experience in corporate real estate within a global function Ability to interpret lease terms and understand portfolio structures Hands‐on experience with a real estate data management platform Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Share Point Knowledge of SAP REFX is an asset Strong analytical thinking, proactive problem‐solving Highly organized, detail‐oriented, able to work accurately in a fast‐evolving environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a global team Excellent written and
