Overview Experteer Overview In this role you drive accurate financial records for multiple EMEA entities and support month-end and year-end closes. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure controls and compliance under IFRS/GAAP, while mentoring junior staff and supporting audits. You will optimize processes to improve efficiency and provide insightful financial analysis to the business. Responsibilities Coordinate a team handling daily accounting tasks across several EMEA entities Support month-end and year-end close activities with timely, accurate reporting Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)



Assist in external audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and provide financial insights Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff Qualifications Degree in Economics & Finance, or related fields Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficient in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude Good communication skills in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus Experience in audit firms or multinational companies is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
