How You'll Make An Impact
Act as the key link between the central EXU Service team and regional/local sales to ensure strategic alignment.
Translate central service initiatives into tailored,



actionable sales plans for South West Europe countries.
Support and enable local sales teams to identify, develop, and convert HV service opportunities through training and guidance.
Drive the rollout of new service offerings, adapting them to local market conditions and customer needs.
Ensure HV service growth by building strong pipelines, enforcing disciplined execution, and tracking KPIs for performance visibility.
Foster collaboration across sales, execution, and service teams while supporting key customer engagements and promoting the business externally.
What You Bring
Academic background in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field like mechanical or energy engineering.
Solid professional experience (5 to 10 years) in the HV transmission and distribution sector, with direct exposure to service business models.
Proven track record in sales support, business development, or service progr
