Overview As a Solution Designer, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA. You will provide technical expertise and design support to the sales team, developing innovative and cost‐effective solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers.
Responsibilities Analyze customer needs thoroughly and create intralogistics automation solutions tailored to their requirements, considering throughput, space, budget, and integration needs.
Consult with customers and internal teams to design the optimal intralogistics solution, ensuring feasibility, cost‐effectiveness, and alignment with customer objectives.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop winning intralogistics automation solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical contacts at customer sites and partner organizations to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Maintain an in‐depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs,



shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their applications across industries and warehouse environments.
Support the sales team throughout the project sales cycle by providing technical expertise, developing compelling solution concepts, and creating impactful presentations.
Coordinate technical details with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners to ensure seamless solution delivery and successful project execution.
Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution layouts, equipment specifications, and system architectures, to guide implementation and support future maintenance.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in intralogistics automation to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications Completed studies in Engineering or a related technical field.
