For our plant in Sant'Angelo Dei Lombardi (AV), we are currently looking for a Quality Specialist.
As the Plant Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for the correct application of the Product Food Safety & Quality Specification on production lines, ensuring all manufactured products meet Quality and Food Safety standards defined by the Food Safety and Quality Group and external organizations.
You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support employee training, and help achieve quality objectives.
Main Responsibilities Lead a shift-based team to ensure product compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards within the Production Unit, covering all stages from raw material reception through processing and finished product maturation.
Manage all Quality and Food Safety aspects defined in the Product Food Safety & Quality Specification, including CCPs, oPRPs and CPs, and prevent microbiological and chemical-physical contamination, quality defects, and ensure compliance with legal, packaging and organoleptic requirements.




Oversee execution of Food Safety and Quality self-checks within the Production Unit, ensure accurate recording of data, and manage issuance and updating of control instructions.
Coordinate the internal traceability team to maintain robust traceability of non-conforming products.
Conduct checks through extraordinary finished-goods sampling and periodic audits per Military Standards.
Provide training and ongoing support to Production Unit workers to reinforce standards.
Manage consumer complaints, leading investigations, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective & preventive action (CAPA) plans.
Lead the internal organoleptic panel and organize periodic tasting sessions for finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials.
About You Master's degree in Food Technology, Biology, Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering.
Fluent in English and Italian with strong communication skills.
