Experteer Overview You join OneFinance 2026, a multi-country SAP-centered transformation program. You will lead FI/CO functional design, ensure robust integrations, and support end-to-end closing and reporting across Europe and beyond. You shape standardized accounting processes, drive automation, and collaborate with global partners in a high-visibility role. This position offers the chance to impact Group-wide financial operations through scale, IFRS alignment, and digital finance capabilities. You will work closely with process owners, SI's, and IT architects to deliver measurable value.
Retibuzione / Benefits Lead functional design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA FI and CO aligned with Group standards and IFRS.
Define and validate interfaces and data flows between SAP and Ivalua, ServiceNow, Tagetik, and country systems.
Optimize month-end closing and intercompany reconciliation processes across the Group.
Drive process standardization and automation opportunities using SAP BTP extensions and Fiori workflows.




Own functional testing strategy for FI/CO, including SIT/UAT planning and defect tracking.
Act as primary FI/CO contact for process owners, internal audit, and external partners; deliver training.
Produce functional specs and governance documentation; contribute to change control and design authority.
Responsabilità 7+ years SAP FI/CO experience with at least 2 full S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
Deep SAP S/4HANA knowledge: GL, AP, AR, AA; strong CO: Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Center, Product Costing.
Ability to translate business requirements into SAP configurations and specifications.
Experience in large-scale multi-country transformation programs with complex stakeholders.
English proficiency at C1 level or above.
