Experteer Overview In this role you support the setup and operation of highly automated production systems at a new manufacturing site. You will work within a global Nestlé Purina context focused on quality, safety and continuous improvement. You will address risk management, health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards and contribute to LEAN initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape safety culture and ensure compliant, high‐performing operations at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure compliance with local laws and Nestlé HSE standards in planning and review processes
Implement effective risk management procedures per the RSPP
Maintain site control for workers, contractors and visitors with proper signage and risk management
Maintain high hygiene and emergency medical readiness for workers




Establish safe working practices for high-frequency risks and high-hazard tasks
Provide high-quality HSE support including exposure monitoring, health promotion, health surveillance and training
Participate in key meetings and reviews
Support LEAN initiatives and drive continuous safety/heath/environmental improvements
Communicate effectively across organizational levels
Responsabilità 4–5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing sector
Engineering background with technical degree
Knowledge of safety legislation (d.Lgs 81/08) or equivalent
Analytical and problem‐solving skills
Proficient Italian and English
