Overview Experteer Overview In this role you drive quality discipline and implement strategies to support cross-divisional growth at Vishay Italiana. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Operations to strengthen process stability and prevent issues before they reach customers. You'll lead structured problem solving and quality improvements, shaping the quality culture on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role in a growing plant that enables broader scale and cross-functional impact.
