Position Summary
Grayscale is seeking an accomplished Vice President, Communications to lead and elevate the communications function, ensuring alignment with our mission, values, and business goals. This role demands a strategic leader who can balance high‑level messaging with operational execution, delivering impactful corporate communications across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, and executive support, with a proven ability to manage complex messaging across global markets and evolving platforms.
Responsibilities




Develop and lead a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with business objectives, enhances brand reputation, and drives stakeholder engagement. Serve as the principal communications advisor to the CEO and Leadership Team, providing strategic counsel on messaging, external visibility, and reputation management. Act as Grayscale’s spokesperson, maintaining strong relationships with top‑tier media outlets and serving as a trusted point of contact for press, analysts, and industry influencers. Design and implement executive communication programs, including keynote speeches, thought leadership articles, and social media strategies to enhance leadership visibility and credibility. Oversee crisis communications and issues management, ensuring a rapid and thoughtful response to mitigate risks and protect the company’s reputation.
