As the Lead Game Designer, you and your team will completely own new card and content creation for Arcane Rush. This will include design concepting, implementation and balance for new playable factions, heroes, card mechanics, expansions, and other live content for Arcane Rush. You will partner with studio leadership to define and evolve the long-term vision of the metagame, ensuring our card ecosystem remains balanced, thrilling, and highly engaging.



We are looking for a strategic design leader who is capable of rigorous mathematical modeling and possesses the innovative spark required to create exciting and memorable gameplay. Responsibilities Master the Metagame: Become a top player within Arcane Rush to cultivate a deep, first-hand mastery of the game to directly inform design, balance, and content strategy. Own the Card Ecosystem: Lead the design and execution of new card sets, mechanics, and systems from initial concept to live balance.
