Experteer Overview As the Field Account On Trade in Italy, you drive revenue by building strategic relationships with key customers and leading a sales team to strengthen Bacardi's portfolio presence. You will translate the country plan into effective customer programs, activate brand moments at the point of purchase, and identify new business opportunities. Responsabilità Experience in sales in a leading FMCG company
Field sales experience
Deep knowledge of the Italian On‐trade market and key customers
Strong negotiation skills and customer focus
Self‐organization, administration, and prioritization
Entrepreneurial capability
Good English language skills
