Experteer Overview In this role you join PALFINGER's Variant Configuration and Product Maintenance within the Product Line Aerial Work Platforms, acting at the intersection of configuration, PLM and R&D; in an international setting. You will lead SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC) and AVC implementation in SAP S/4HANA, and shape customer-oriented product configuration models. You will manage engineering changes across the lifecycle and design/maintain components, assemblies and BOMs. Expect cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Serial development and Production, contributing to PALFINGER's lifting solutions.

Responsibility for business models and customer-oriented solutions within product configuration
Execution of engineering change management across the product lifecycle according to global standards
Design and maintenance of components, assemblies and drawings as well as BOM adaptations
Interface to external and internal departments like Serial development,
Production, Assembly, Hydraulic, Electric, Software, Quality, Service and Supplier
Responsabilità Several years of professional experience in SAP variant configuration, product maintenance or engineering environments
Technical education or university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field
Strong hands‐on experience with SAP S/4HANA (LO‐VC, AVC preferred) and product configuration logic
Solid know‐how in CAD systems, preferably Creo, and BOM handling in SAP
Structured working style, strong communication skills and ability to work in international project teams
Fluent Italian and business-level English, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
