As an HSSE Business Partner, you will: Drive execution Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and other functions to implement HSSE initiatives Act as a trusted advisor on safety and sustainability decisions Bridge business needs with practical,



sustainable HSSE solutions Lead continuous improvement Support incident analysis (injuries, near misses, accidents) and identify root causes Drive corrective actions and promote a Kaizen / lessons learned mindset Share and scale best practices across the organization Coordinate projects Support cross-functional HSSE projects and Group initiatives Track progress, risks, and results Ensure alignment and focus on key priorities Be present in the field Conduct Gemba walks and behavioral observations Promote a proactive safety culture based on accountability and engagement Support HSSE campaigns and cultural initiatives Collaborate across HSSE Work closely with HSSE Governance and Site Leadership (RSPP) Ensure consistency between strategy, governance, and execution.
