Overview Helly Hansen is looking for a Sales Manager Workwear Italy, based in Northern Italy. The company has a long history of professional grade apparel innovation and a global presence in more than 40 countries.

As the Sales Manager Workwear Italy , you will manage our sales team and continuously develop revenue in the Italian market. You will monitor the company's strategy and structures to ensure long-term growth and increased market share. You will assume full responsibility for the P&L; of the workwear and footwear sector in Italy. You will act as an ambassador, sharing critical opinions and recommendations on decisions,



always with the goal of positively impacting the region's results. You will prioritize sales activities and ensure the implementation of planned initiatives with the support and expertise of your manager.
Key areas of responsibility
Customers
Promote effective customer management in line with the regional strategy.
Develop three-year/five-year action plans for key partners—Ambassadors, Partners, and Gold—which you will finalize with the partners and ensure are always updated and visible to your supervisor.
Plan all activities related to key accounts (in collaboration with the sales network, if applicable).
Continuously strengthen customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term relationships for HH Workwear.
Ensure a high level of service, adhering to regional standards for customer visits, end-users, product presentations, in-store optimization (location, brand visibility, sales), and seasonal promotions.
