Long Description We are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join our Corporate Communication team and support the delivery of internal communication initiatives and corporate events.
Reporting to the Internal Communication Manager , the successful candidate will contribute to the planning and execution of employee communications, engagement initiatives and high-visibility events across the organization.
What you'll do: Event Management
Coordinate the planning and delivery of corporate events, including Town Halls, leadership communications, year-end celebrations, and other employee engagement initiatives
Manage event projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
Collaborate with agencies and suppliers, preparing briefs and coordinating all operational activities
Oversee event logistics, invitations, registrations, communications,



and follow-up activities
Develop tools, templates, and processes that help make events scalable and repeatable
Internal Communication
Support the creation and distribution of communications related to business, organizational, and cultural topics
Coordinate high-visibility projects involving senior leaders and key stakeholders
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and editorial content across internal communication channels
Ensure projects are managed effectively, maintaining accurate documentation and project materials
Content Production Coordinate the production of videos and digital content with external agencies and creative partners
Support internal speakers and ambassadors in developing communication materials
Review, edit, and help shape communication assets to ensure consistency and quality
Manage the organization and publication of multimedia content across internal channels
