Experteer Overview In this role you support the Site Manager to plan, coordinate and execute on-site activities for HV/MV electrical projects, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence. You will engage with customers, subcontractors and local stakeholders to drive smooth project delivery and handover. The position offers hands‐on leadership development and exposure to contract management, risk control and logistics across domestic and international sites. This is a safety‐driven, collaborative role with a clear focus on delivering projects on time and within scope.

Manage subcontractors on site to meet delivery dates and standards
Contribute to detailed site schedule development and tracking of critical activities
Assist in cost tracking and identification of cost risks and opportunities
Act as Deputy Site Manager when appointed, and develop leadership and site management competencies
Responsibilities 2-3 years in construction, commissioning, field service, site supervision, installation, maintenance or related engineering activities
Experience with HV/MV Electrical Systems construction projects
Knowledge of HSE Italian regulation (DLgs 81/08)
Experience with Italian utilities (TERNA/ENEL/EDISON) and/or Data Center segment a plus
Fluent in Italian and English
Willingness to travel and work on domestic and international project sites
Availability for temporary site assignments according to project requirements
