This is what you will do
The International Markets Development Division (IMDD) is responsible for expanding and managing Chiesi's operations in international markets. The Portfolio Operations & Launch Excellence Manager supports the Lifecycle Management & Launch Excellence function by providing operational, analytical and governance support across Lifecycle Management, Launch Excellence, Geo‐Expansion and strategic business initiatives.
You will be responsible for
Strategic Business Operations & Analytical Support
Consolidate LTP assumptions, forecasts, and market projections across business units and partners.




Support profitability analyses, business case development, portfolio reviews and strategic assessments.
Prepare analyses, reports, presentations and recommendations for portfolio discussions, business reviews and management decision‐making.
Monitor progress against agreed project deliverables and ensure timely completion of actions across stakeholders.
Launch Excellence & Post‐Launch Governance Support
Maintain and update launch readiness plans for priority launches, tracking key activities, milestones, owners and timelines.
Consolidate launch and post‐launch performance data from business units, partners, BI & ComEx, and other stakeholders.
Maintain launch KPI dashboards and support monitoring of launch performance.
Support preparation of launch governance meetings, launch reviews and post‐launch performance assessments.
Maintain and continuously improve launch governance tools, templates, reporting frameworks
