Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier1 clients to achieve overall customer health and growth.
Serve as the focal point to meet client business and technical expectations (technical escalations, services/product adoption, communicate customer feedback to Product teams).
Coordinate different internal teams to best serve the customer.
Understand client structure and processes around choosing/implementing new solutions.
Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs to ensure overall business growth for assigned clients (gross profit, margin%, cross‐sells).
Work closely with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business.
In cooperation with CPaaS Registrations, ensure client's account is properly set‐up and collaborate with Platform Operations teams to enable client activities.
In cooperation with Revenue Assurance, monitor and take actions to minimize health risks (financial collections and netting).
Analyze and forecast client traffic, take immediate actions to ensure growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP/revenue.




Act as a power user to improve Infobip's internal tools (Qlik, SU) with feedback and ideas.
Coordinate internal teams to fulfill client requirements in a timely manner.
Update all activities in dedicated tools (SF).
Influence Infobip's end‐to‐end customer experience by promoting client's perspective to internal stakeholders.
Promote continuous development: team spirit, critical thinking, mentorship and onboarding of new members.
Qualifications Minimum 4years proven experience in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong knowledge of industry and technology trends relevant to Infobip: CPaaS, CCaaS, customer engagement and conversational AI, and channels such as SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, voice, e‐mail, Viber and other OTT channels.
Strong commercial mindset with clear ownership of revenue, margin, and retention metrics.
