about the role:
We are looking for a high-level professional who can independently manage the social media presence of multiple brands, specializing in premium video production and content creation.
our ideal candidate would have:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts across all major platforms.
- Exceptional skills in video editing , motion graphics, and animation.
- Advanced use of AI tools for content creation, video editing, and creative optimization.
- Ability to develop original content concepts, innovative formats, and effective editorial strategies.
- Strong graphic design skills and an excellent aesthetic sense.
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Native/Fluent Italian AND English (written and spoken) IS A MUST; Spanish is considered a strong plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the availability to manage multiple ongoing projects.

- A portfolio showcasing high-quality videos, reels, and successful social media campaigns.

Compensation
The collaboration will initially project-based , with the following rates:
- €50 for each edited video
- €20 for each static social media post

For the right candidate, there is a strong opportunity to transition into a long-term monthly collaboration , with compensation reviewed based on performance, reliability, and workload.
Recruitment Process
The selection process consists of two stages :
- Initial interview.
- A practical video editing assignment , based on a creative brief provided by us, designed to evaluate your creativity, technical skills, storytelling ability, AI proficiency, and overall production quality.
