Experteer Overview In this role you will drive growth for Solar Edge in North Center Italy by closing opportunities and expanding the partner network. You'll work across distribution channels, EPCs, installers, and project developers to secure large deals and shape the Italian product portfolio. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and local teams to align strategies with regional market needs and brand positioning. This position offers impact at scale within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment focused on advancing solar energy adoption. Retribuzione / Benefits Identify and close sales opportunities aligned with regional plans and financial targets Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution partners, strategic accounts, EPCs, installers, and engineering firms Pursue direct sales leads with installers, distributors, investors,



and utility companies Assist with revenue forecasting and monitor performance to meet targets; take corrective actions as needed Nurture relationships with PV project developers to keep Solar Edge as the supplier of choice Support product portfolio improvements for the Italian market via customer and partner feedback and industry trends Provide input on marketing and product positioning for the Italian market Execute brand messaging and act as brand ambassador Coordinate with the Italian team to define and achieve sales targets Responsabilità BA/BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline Minimum 5+ years in technical sales with PV industry experience Experience in an international organization preferred Strong technical aptitude to explain Solar Edge products and benefits Proven track record with large-dollar deals and new account development Ability to maintain existing relationships while identifying new opportunities Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, high-growth environment experience Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Fluent in Itali
