We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst, Incentives & Commercial Reporting to join our growing team in Ebene, Mauritius. Reporting to the Manager of Incentives & Commercial Reporting, you will be the analytical backbone of our commercial performance, executing the data workflows that ensure our global sales teams are incentivized correctly and our revenue insights are flawless.
What you will be doing
- Incentive Execution: Calculate, audit, and administer commercial compensation and premio plans. Ensure every payout is accurate, transparent, and delivered on time.
- Data Investigation & Reporting: Maintain the commercial reporting cadence. Extract and manipulate raw data to build an unvarnished view of business performance, moving the needle from estimation to predictability.
- Dashboarding & Tech Stack Utilization: Leverage BigQuery, Looker, and advanced Google Sheets to build and maintain dashboards that act as our single source of truth.
- Process Optimization: Identify manual bottlenecks and architect automated, scalable solutions,



improving how data flows.
- Strategic Support: Partner closely with the Manager and Revenue Operations team to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for Commercial Leaders.

About you
- Data-Driven Problem Solver: 4-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Revenue/Sales Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role within a fast‑paced environment.
- Quantitative Foundation: Qualification in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or another highly quantitative degree.
- Technical Chops: Strong, practical exposure to BigQuery (SQL) and building visualizations in Looker.
- Spreadsheet Master: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets with complex formulas, large data sets, and financial modeling.
- Detail-Obsessed Storyteller: Meticulous eye for detail, capable of identifying anomalies and opportunities in raw datasets.
