As Logistics Lead Engineer, you drive the design, installation, and ramp-up of automated warehousing within a greenfield site. You work across global teams to ensure safety, quality, and lean efficiency in logistics automation. You solve integration challenges between warehouse systems and manufacturing, delivering cost-effective capital projects. - Provide expert support during execution, commissioning, and operation of automated warehouse systems with seamless integration to manufacturing
- Ensure adherence to Nestlé-Purina quality standards and address quality issues with immediate actions
- Maintain compliance with Product Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Quality Management System documents focusing on equipment safety




- Apply Lean engineering principles to reduce waste and optimize material flow in automated systems
- Oversee project budget and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness of major automation projects
- Engage in agile problem solving to troubleshoot and eliminate bottlenecks
- Coach and guidance staff, promoting safety, inclusivity, and cross-functional collaboration
- Seek continuous improvement through trainings, coaching, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely delivery of project expectations with a professional approach
- Automation Project Experience: at least 2 years in development, commissioning, and implementation of automated xysqume warehousing solutions (ASRS, AGVs, high-bay storage, conveyors) in food/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of machine safety (ISO/OSHA) in automated machinery
- CAPEX budget administration and Lean engineering experience
- Results-oriented with problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fulfillment Center operations experience required
- Foundational knowledge of logistics, electrical engineering, automation controls (PLCs/SCADA/WMS/WCS), and digital manufacturing operations
- Cultural leadership and ability to promote an inclusive team environment
