You will lead and organize the SRE practice in Agile Lab, managing multiple services with a focus on high-quality delivery. Salary:
45 K - 67.5 K Responsibilities: Analyze designs and implement complex infrastructures; Challenge team processes, seeking improvements; Communicate with self-awareness; Set direction for the delivery of multiple services; Identify strategic technical debt and provide cost/vantaggi analysis for its elimination; Understand the business landscape and stakeholder expectations; Lead recruiting efforts and capacity planning; Assist team members with delivery when needed; Produce quality metrics; Manage team members with diverse skill sets effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science; Previous experience as an SRE Engineer (4-10 years); Good knowledge of Cloudera cluster management; Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/Scala, Bash, Python; Deep understanding of UNIX/Linux systems internals, TCP/IP networking, and security practices; Experience with at least one clou
