Overview As Project Planning Leader at Purina Italy, you drive the development and upkeep of the project Masterplan, coordinating the project team and reporting progress through KPIs. You will lead cross‐functional discussions to remove obstacles and optimize planning practices within a global mindset. The role sits on the project leadership team, combining engineering rigor with people leadership to deliver on strategic objectives. This is a chance to influence project delivery at scale in a mission‐driven environment focused on pets and people. Responsibilities Coordinate the project team to align on objectives and goals Support, facilitate, and lead problem‐solving discussions to advance projects Create, enforce, and maintain the project Masterplan; present to stakeholders Generate, report,
