E-Logic is seeking a qualified Expeditionary Project Manager (XM) to provide professional architectural, engineering, and project management support for the planning, design, construction, renovation, and maintenance of Government facilities. The selected candidate will oversee projects from initiation through close-out while coordinating with Government stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Provide independent, timely, and professional architectural and engineering support for the planning, design, construction, renovation, and maintenance of Government facilities.
Manage projects from initiation through close-out, including:
Project governance
Project planning
Design management
Cost estimating
Schedule management
Funds management
Conduct construction site visits, inspections, and progress assessments to monitor quality, safety, and compliance.
Manage the construction submittal process and coordinate the review and resolution of Requests for Information (RFIs) .
Review and analyze contractor construction schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
Review contractor payment requests and validate completed work prior to payment approval.
Oversee systems commissioning activities and critical systems acceptance to ensure project requirements are met.
Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination among Government stakeholders, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
Manage all project close-out activities, including warranty administration, punch-list completion, final inspections, turnover documentation, and final financial reconciliation.
Prepare project reports, status updates, and executive briefings for Government leadership.
Required Qualifications Candidates must qualify under one of the following pathways:
Architect Option
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.
Minimum of five (5) years of professional architec
