Overview Experteer Overview: In this role you drive the planning and operational execution of a capital investment project to launch a new, highly automated production site. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with manufacturing excellence and cost targets, supporting or leading a small project as needed. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and TPM-aligned design and startup readiness, culminating in a vertical start-up. You will work closely with the Operations & Start Up Leader to ensure on-time, on-budget ramp-up with a smooth handover to operations. Responsibilities Define project scope, success criteria, and milestones with stakeholders Create and manage the Investment Project Charter and resources plan Incorporate standards, best practices,
