Responsible for ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire restaurant area.
Monitoring and coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire F&B; area.
Creating employee shift and vacation schedules.
Ensuring and maintaining service and quality standards




Assisting with the creation and maintenance of the current food, daily, beverage and speciality menus
Administrative work with the Novacom cash register system, generating daily settlements
Administrative work with the Delegate merchandise management system
Carrying out and coordinating inventories and monthly closings
Training and further education
Completed vocational training in the hotel and hospitality industry
First-class sales and service orientation as well as high quality standards
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Apaleo and Novacom knowledge is advantageous
Written and spoken English and Italian, German is advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
