The Role in Summary The candidate will join the Sales Direction with responsibility over sales planning, demand planning, and channel merchandising,



for all our distribution channels (Retail / Wholesale / e Comm) supporting business growth and efficiency. The role aims to ensure forecast accuracy, stock optimization, and coordination of key commercial processes, contributing to the evolution of the S&OP; process and overall commercial governance. Main Responsibilities Build and drive the Sales Planning & Control process, ensuring alignment between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service. Develop rolling forecasts, sell-in/sell-out analysis, and replenishment plans supporting business performance. Collaborate with Customer Service in managing order portfolio execution, prioritization, and reorders. Own Channel Merchandising activities, defining assortment, allocation strategies, and stock positioning across customers and markets.
