Responsibilities
Dive into the IT market, building expertise in a specialist area.
Expand our network by growing existing accounts and securing new client relationships.
Attend meetings with top decision‐makers and build face‐to‐face client relationships.
By the time you progress, negotiate deals, close opportunities, and provide top‐tier account management.
Become a trusted partner in the IT recruitment space while driving Archer's growth.

Qualifications
At least 1 year of B2B sales experience (service sales is a premio).
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A driven, resilient, and career‐focused individual with a hunger to grow.
EU citizenship/passport.
