Role Overview As a member of the Italy Commercial Team, you will play a key role in driving and enhancing the Play Station consumer experience across our strategic retail partners. Reporting to the Commercial Manager for Italy, you will work closely with the Commercial Management, Commercial Planning, and Business Analytics teams to implement and execute the commercial strategy across both physical and digital retail channels, supporting sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Responsibilities Retailer Management & Customer Relationship Development Manage and develop strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients Develop and implement joint business plans in collaboration with key retail accounts Drive customer satisfaction, strengthen partner loyalty, and support long‐term business growth Lead commercial negotiations and contribute to annual business planning processes Sales Performance & Business Growth Manage a portfolio of retailer partners to deliver revenue objectives and achieve sales targets across Play Station's physical product portfolio (consoles, peripherals,
