Experteer Overview As an EHS Officer in Siemens' Electrification and Automation area, you drive the EHS strategy across projects and operations, embedding safety and compliance into everyday activities. You act as a trusted partner to BU management, guiding risk management and continuous improvement in EHS performance. You balance strategic vision with hands‐on field work, promoting a proactive safety culture and leading incident investigations and contractor management. Retribuzione / Benefits Drive the BU EHS strategy, policies, and sustainability objectives through prevention and continuous improvement.
Serve as EHS partner to BU management, integrating EHS into business decisions and operations.
Collaborate with BU management, PMs, EHS and other functions to develop and improve processes with effective risk management.
Ensure EHS standards are implemented via documentation, audits, site reviews, monitoring, and timely corrective actions.
Lead investigations of incidents and near‐misses, identify root causes, and drive improvement initiatives.
Manage EHS aspects of contractors and suppliers, including qualification, onboarding, audits, and performance monitoring.
Support environmental management within the BU, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance (waste, SOC, environmental obligations).
Promote safety culture through leadership, inductions, toolbox talks, training, and engagement across all levels.
Responsabilità At least 7 years of EHS experience in industrial, engineering, infrastructure, construction, or project environments.
Advanced knowledge of Italian EHS requirements (Legislative Decree 81/08 and environmental regs).
ASPP qualification.
Strong knowledge of construction site activities and contractor management.
Leadership and influencing skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
