non-disclosure agreements, loan agreements and third-party sales channel agreements.Manage and complete third-party sales channel partner, consultant and other Conga agreements on behalf of the Teledyne FLIR Solutions Business Unit. i) request-phase collaboration with Sales and other key stakeholders; (iii) drafting and negotiation of agreements; (iv) identification and communication of contract risks for business unit and corporate level approvals; (and (vii) "cradle to grave" document management including the processing of agreement renewals, amendments and terminations.Provide commercial and contractual input on the preparation and submission of quotations and proposal documents covering all commercial aspects (principally on terms and conditions) in order to minimize risk to the company in accordance with Teledyne Corporate policy.Support sales, bid and project teams by participating in, and at times le
