Overview Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive local application engineering support for Solventum's drinking water portfolio, aligning solutions with customer needs and market trends. You'll build relationships with key opinion leaders and collaborate across Solventum to showcase technology and innovation. You'll support customers on-site and with account activities, while working across teams to inform sales and product evaluations. This is a chance to impact healthcare outcomes through technically grounded, customer-centric solutions. Responsibilities Lead local application engineering support to solve customer problems and build a customer-first culture Understand customer/market needs and translate them into future-focused solutions Develop and maintain key opinion leader relationships and collaborations across Solventum's customer base Support local customers and manage account activity with local account managers and sales professionals Collaborate across Solventum organizations to provide insights,



support sales/marketing, and champion product evaluations at customer sites Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or Science/Engineering discipline 5+ years in Application Engineering, Product Engineering, or direct technical support in relevant industry Familiar with general office/drawing/statistical software; exposure to project/manufacturing environments a plus Track record of technical collaborations and conference/publication activity Fluent in English; ability to speak Spanish, Italian, or French Current, valid driver's license Additional requirements Hybrid eligible work arrangement Travel up to 50% domestically/internationally Relocation assistance may be authorized Competitive pay and benefits within CCNL framework Diversity & inclusion commitment Formal privacy and compliance standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
