Experteer Overview In this IT Manager role, you will steer the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft security, server management, and virtualization. You will oversee VMware environments, Veeam-based backups, and AS400 ERP-related activities, while providing 1st–2nd level Help Desk support. You'll drive security practices, ensure data availability, and support ERP initiatives. This position offers impact across IT operations and business processes in a structured environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, switches, backups) under group policies Enforce Microsoft security best practices and policies Oversee VMware virtualization environments Maintain corporate backups with Veeam ensuring data availability and recovery Provide 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support for hardware, software,



and network issues Implement infrastructure solutions for complex problems and monitor performance/resolve critical issues Handle IT support tickets efficiently Support AS400 for ERP maintenance and functionality Lead ERP implementation and migration projects Manage evolving maintenance tasks for applications and ICT projects Define requirements and priorities for strategic IT projects Draft functional procedures to support business processes Responsabilità Microsoft platforms expertise (Windows Server, Active Directory) Backup management experience with Veeam VMware expertise (advanced) AS400 knowledge for ERP management IT security and data protection policy management Network hardware experience (switches, firewalls) 1st/2nd level Help Desk experience Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent (preferred) Strong English communication 5+ years in structured companies #J-18808-Ljbffr
